Sid pursues his real estate interest involving Landlords and Tenants in the retail and restaurant business sector in Metro Vancouver. Sid has a strong background in restaurant design and construction with leading food equipment dealerships in the region.
Sid has assisted both independent, franchise and chain operators in designing and navigating their food service operations. With Sid's network deeply rooted in the restaurant community, this makes him uniquely qualified to represent Landlords looking for restaurant tenants and negotiating sale agreements for operating restaurant businesses. Sid can confidently help assess value for an existing restaurant including equipment and assets - providing services for both buyers and sellers with their transactions.
Sid's background also allows him to help his clients navigate the permitting & construction process for new restaurant tenants. Sid is well connected with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and other individuals that specialize in tenant improvements. Sid is also an active member of the community - he co-founded a dinner series named "Chefs in the Hood" which raised funds for a work-skills program for youth in care.
